Alexis Moonbeam was a Mary Sue slain by Agents Jay and Acacia. She appeared in a Lord of the Rings badfic.

Character history Edit

Alexis was an Aragorn-lusting, ostensibly-thousands-of-years-old Istari who nevertheless acted like a spoiled brat. She was the uncanonical daughter of Galadriel and Gandalf, casually handled the Palantir that even Gandalf wouldn't touch, made fun of Gimli for being scared while venturing through the Paths of the Dead, and owned the "spawn of Shadowfax", a horse named Quolful.

Character demise Edit

Alexis intended to kill herself at the end of her fic. Jay and Acacia interrupted her plans by luring her away from her companions on the Paths of the Dead and knocking her out.

Alexis was dropped from the top of Orthanc in a scientific experiment to determine whether Mary-Sues fall faster than Sueswords. It turned out that they fell at the same speed, but one "made a rather larger splash than the other".

ChargesEdit

Alexis was charged with "wanton cruelty to the common comma, causing an unnatural romance, to wit, Gandalf and Galadriel, interfering with a canon relationship, to wit, one engagement between Aragorn son of Arathorn and Arwen Evenstar... Significantly reducing the power of Sauron to impress people, ruining the impressiveness of Shadowfax by giving him a 'spawn,'...knocking EVERYONE so far out of character that they can't touch canon with a long pole, god-playing, instating a Temporal Loop... being a Mary-Sue... and mucking with group names."
