The Infrastructure Departments are those that keep the PPC running. They are contrasted with the Action Departments and the Security Departments, although they sometimes are held to include the latter. They also include the Admin Departments, and in some circles, the debate about which these are has lasted for years. Unlike the Action Departments, agents in Infrastructure work in shifts.
