Dassie Hyrax was a member of the Department of Internal Security in the EPC. He spied on Tinco Division for the Sunflower Emperor, and denounced the whole division as treasonous. He was yanked from his body by the Mind Extractor just before its destruction and placed into the body of a dying PPC agent.
