Agent Estelnar Celebduin was one of the editors The Multiverse Monitor's 2006-2007 edition, and has appeared on Page Three of that paper, in Issue Two. She is also technically a member of the Department of Mary Sues, partnered with her co-editor, Agent Starwind Rohana. She is written by Starwind Rohana.

Estelnar is a Middle-earth Elf. Her habits include writing, controlling her berserker partner, and hacking into HQ's computers. This last is partially responsible for classified information turning up in the newspaper on a regular basis.
