The Foxglove Official is head of the All-Purpose Department.
He is a tall, thin plant with several purple, bell-shaped flowers. Each one has a different personality, and they rotate speaking duties. Identifiable personalities observed so far (mostly by Agent Echo Kazul) include:
- Alvin the Chipmunk
- Don Vito Corleone
- Arnold Schwarzenegger
- Elvis Presley
- A more conventional, impatient personality that doesn't seem to be impersonating anyone in particular. This might be his "normal" personality.
He has been described by Agent Echo as "pretty nice once you get to know him,"[1] but her partner Kat Daydream finds him creepy. He does not seem fond of Barid or Eamon Brightbeard, who he refers to as "clowns."
Based on his name, he might be a Firstborn.
