Serna Tjan was a member of the Black Cats and an enemy of the PPC, and appeared to be Twp'atwt's lover. During a battle between her Parma Division group and a force of Slashers and DAVDers in the Large Auditorium, she and India were killed by the Mysterious Somebody. She was written by Huinesoron.
