[edit] Appearence
In her first known regeneration, Morgan bore a great deal of resemblence to a somewhat older version of Romana II. Her second form, assumed during the Crashing Down crisis, was still blonde. It was somewhat shorter than her first body, with good teeth, and was rather, er, amply endowed. Her third form, following her regeneration during the macrovirus infestation, was shorter than the other two, and had short black hair. It also provided evidence that she had regenerated prior to her first known appearence -- she expressed a dislike for being blonde, which would hardly be the case had she been born that way.
[edit] Personality
[edit] Morgan I
Morgan's first known regeneration was fairly easygoing, prone to helping people out for no real reason. She recruited Ontic Laison, assisted Nyx Nightingale during the Reorganisation, and fought against the Black Cats during the Crashing Down invasion. She also had a tendency to get distracted from the real point of what she was doing, and was occasionally nervous enough to overreact. However, when necessary, she could also be snippy with people around her.
[edit] Morgan II
Morgan II is tookupon herself a role similar to the Doctor's; this regeneration paid a visit to the Real World in response to an anomaly detected by her TARDIS. She also expressed doubts about continuing with the PPC, and discovered a love for shopping.
[edit] Morgan III
The third known regeneration of Morgan described her (new) self as "sarcastic, impulsive, obsessed with guns". It has been seen since that the gun obsession extends to a certain degree of pyromania, in that her solution to a number of problems has been to blow things up. She also claims that she "doesn't do scared", but can in fact be frightened by sufficiently unnerving events.
[edit] History with the PPC
One of three known Gallifreyan Time Lords in HQ, Morgan had her own TARDIS even prior to the macrovirus attack. She was one of the two Agents who recruited Ontic Laison, and later helped Nyx Nightingale save the Sunflower Official from the DIS's attack. During all of these events she was partnered with a thus-far unnamed Klingon Agent.
[edit] Crashing Down
Morgan was involved in the Crashing Down crisis, now partnered with Traf Elosia. During the last stand of the Scout Division, she fought Durran Mkellin evenly for a short time, but ended up distracted just long enough for Mkellin to get in a fatal stab, forcing her to regenerate after the battle, shortly before Vemi Fincaran revealed herself to be a disguised Ainu.
[edit] Avon Rift
A month prior to the macrovirus invasion, Morgan went on a trip to Limpley Stoke in her capacity as a Time Lady. This trip led to the discovery of the Avon Rift, and in a return visit later in the year, she returned to partly seal the Rift.
[edit] Macrovirus Epidemic
Morgan returned to HQ in her TARDIS during the epidemic, before the viruses had been cleared, and was swiftly killed. She was placed in the temporary morgue in the DoDAEG, where she lay for some time before regenerating after the infestation had been cleared. She was reportedly rather put out by the Flowers giving TARDISes to all PPC Agents during the attack.
[edit] Mary Sue Invasion
Very soon after Morgan's regeneration, the 2008 Mary Sue Invasion occurred. Morgan was peripherally involved in developing a plan to fight the Sues.
[edit] Alternate Universe
In one of the PPC's alternate universes, the Arthurverse, Morgan is still in her Morgan I regeneration in 2003 HST. She takes part in the events of Shades of Black and Red. Although little information is available as yet, she seems to be more resigned towards the PPC and the multiverse in general than in the primary PPC 'verse.

Morgan does not have any mission reports of her own, or any stories primarily about her. She does, however, appear in the following:
The Reorganisation: Chapter 15
She has also written an essay concerning her experiences with the Avon Rift, which can be found here. Additionally, the alternate universe Morgan takes part in Shades of Black and Red.
