The PPC Manual: Second Edition can be found here.

The Manual, not to be confused with the Handbook, is an eleven-volume tome of information put out by the Board of Flowers for the edification of all agents. Being written by Flowers, its perspective and general tone are a little... odd... at times.

The Manual's original edition was mentioned in the Original Series, but no copies of it exist today. This may or may not be because it never actually existed.

While browsing, you may notice that some sections are devoid of content. This is because the project was started way way back lo these many years ago in Real World time, and many of the people who worked on it are no longer active with the PPC. However, the project leaders (hS and Neshomeh) are still around, so if you have something you'd like to add, drop one of them a line and bother them until they do something about it. Feel free to use this article's Discussion page, as well. Alternatively, you can try the project's Googlemail address (ppc.manual@googlemail.com), but it might be a while before someone notices.

Project Status

If you would like to claim a section to work on, please make a note of it on this article's Discussion page. If you have a finished article to submit, please send it to the project's e-mail address (again, ppc.manual@googlemail.com) so that everything ends up in one place.
