There is a clan of Nac Mac Feegle in PPC HQ. What more do you need to know?
The Nac Mac Feegle (a.k.a. the Wee Free Men, a.k.a. pictsies, a.k.a. 'the Defendants'...) are a rowdy, riotous, and rambunctious species from the Discworld. They resemble nothing more than six-inch tall, woad-covered Scottish tribesmen – at least, if you consider Scots to be drunken parody stereotypes of themselves. Think William 'Mel Gibson' Wallace after a few gallons of beer, and you're in the right sort of place.
The Nac Mac Feegle either rebelled against, or were kicked out of Fairyland for being drunk and disorderly by, a Queen of the Fairies. They live in clans consisting of hundreds of brothers and a single mother, the kelda (also known as 'the only one capable of logical thought'). They are incredibly strong; it takes four of them to carry away a cow (one to each foot).
Among their many abilities, quirks, and frankly illegal activities, Nac Mac Feegle have an innate ability to move between universes – any universes – by way of 'the crawstep'. Visually, this consists of sticking one foot out in front of themselves, wiggling it a bit, and then stepping into another dimension. It is, they claim, 'all in the ankle'.
In the PPC Edit
In late 2004, Alec Troven recruited a clan of Nac Mac Feegles to the PPC. He initially took some responsibility for them, but appears to have rapidly left them to their own devices. A couple months later, one of the Feegles got 'attacked' by Kippur's pet kitten.
They were still around, and still drunk, two years later, when they stampeded over Agent Dafydd Illian. It is unknown what they have been up to since, where they actually live, what department (if any) they are a part of, whether they go on actual missions, or... anything, really.
