Sparky is a short, redheaded agent in the Department of Technical Errors. He wears glasses, and is extremely neat and clean, and also very precise in his speech. He specialises in divergent and damaging history for Real Person Fic, and has trained with the History Monks of the Discworld.

Amazingly, he managed to keep Agent Trojie from administering CPR to a possessed Kurt Cobain no less than three times in one fic.

Sparky was originally created by Trojie, but was subsequently adopted by insanegrrl.
