Troy is an agent in the Department of Mary Sues, recruited around 2000 from the Metal Slug continuum.

Formerly a grunt in the Regular Army, he was recruited while participating in an assault on Morden's Rebellion Army, falling through a plothole while taking cover from an artillery barrage. He took to life in the PPC quickly, though, and has gotten along just fine so far, especially with his combination of a friendly personality, cutting sarcasm, and sheer combat skill.

He ended up being roped into joining Agent Zodfang's AHAIRQL team on a drunken lark during a Christmas party, but not much else is known yet about this agent. As of 20 February, he is 32 years old.
