Agent Zan Holbar is a Hork-Bajir Seer in the Department of Floaters. She was written by Tawaki.

She was recruited from a mega-crossover, and interned in the Department of Floaters with Agents Iskillion-Galuit-Elendil, Kamkenta Squee, and Tawaki Penguin (after Kamkenta transferred). She became a full agent and was transferred to the Department of Mary Sues, where she was partnered with resurrected canon Jara Hamee. In 2007 HST, she and Jara reported that the Mystery Assassin might be a Gary Stu. She later transferred back to the DF and at one point assisted Tawaki with a Batman mission.

She is heavily scarred thanks to the fact that she was being eaten by Taxxons when the PPC rescued her.
